Trader Calculator. is a Telegram Mini App for trade calculations, portfolio/risk estimates, market indicators, saved history, achievements, Premium features, TON payments and Telegram Stars payments. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1) Informational tool only

Trader Calculator. does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. All calculations, AI-style summaries, analytics, indicators and generated tips are informational estimates only.

2) Trading risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all funds. You are fully responsible for every decision, order, position, wallet transaction and result. Always verify all values before acting.

3) Calculations and availability

• The app is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact accuracy, uptime or error-free functionality.
• Market indicators may rely on third-party services and may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate.
• You must independently verify all outputs before using them.

4) Premium features

Premium features may include additional themes, fonts, analytics, AI-style tips and other enhanced functions. Premium access is activated and checked on the server. Subscription access may expire according to the selected plan unless lifetime access is purchased.

5) Payments

• Telegram Stars payments are processed through Telegram mechanisms.
• TON wallet connection and transaction signing are performed by your wallet provider.
• We do not custody funds and cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
• Network fees, wallet provider restrictions and Telegram/payment-provider rules may apply.
• If a payment is delayed or not recognized, contact support with the approximate time, plan and transaction details.

6) Account and server storage

The app may save your preferences, history, achievements, Premium status and related service data on the server using your Telegram Mini App authorization. You are responsible for access to your Telegram account and connected wallets.

7) Acceptable use

• Do not attack, overload, exploit, reverse-engineer, disrupt or abuse the app or infrastructure.
• Do not use the app for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, payment abuse or attempts to bypass Premium restrictions.
• Do not submit malicious code, automated abuse traffic or misleading payment data.

8) Third-party services

The app may interact with Telegram, TON Connect, TON API providers, wallet providers, market-data APIs, analytics providers and hosting infrastructure. Their terms and policies may apply independently.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Trader Calculator. after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
